For proper cleansing, only certain methods, products, and equipment should be used so we strongly suggest that you do not attempt to clean any items yourself. Mixing cleaning solutions and deodorizing agents, as well as, using the correct dilution rates helps us control the results. ServiceMaster Cleans' expert technicians will pre-test your contents by using a special cleaning agent for each item in order for your belongings to be correctly restored. Off-Site Cleaning Process:
Our technicians are prepared to handle your off-site cleaning services at anytime. By responding to your call or e-mail within 15 minutes, and arriving on-site within a couple hours, we can begin the process of repairing your belongings back to pre-loss condition. Our trucks are fully loaded with the proper equipment, allowing us to respond as quickly as possible. Once we arrive, the off-site cleaning process will begin to take place.

  • Signing an authorization form
  • Identifying immediate need items. (Medication, emergency clothing, etc.)
  • Identifying items to keep in your possession. (Personal valuables, jewelry, fire arms, etc.)
  • Assisting with restore versus replace decisions, especially regarding family heirlooms and sentimental items
  • Being available on-site for pack-out and for re-delivery

ServiceMaster Clean will also:

  • Coordinate activities with your insurance claims representative
  • Separate items that will not be moved, including items that will not be restored
  • Pack, provide general inventory and transport your belongings to a secure facility. We will provide you a copy of the general inventory
  • Perform restoration, cleaning, deodorization, re-packing and storage
  • Provide regular, frequent communication regarding the progress of your restoration claim
  • Arrange for re-delivery to your household belongings once restoration and reconstruction is complete
