The Process:

  • Possible traffic hazards are identified and removed immediately.
  • Traffic lanes are free from obstruction.
  • Traffic areas, as well as corners edges and hard to reach areas are examined and swept for dry, loose soil, dust, grit/gravel, and litter.
  • Black marks, scuffs, and scratches are removed.
  • Watermarks, spots, spills, and any detergent residues are eliminated.
  • All appropriate safety perimeters and/or equipment are used.
  • Any soil that remains after dust mopping is removed by wet cleaning.
  • The floor is then polished to desired appearance, restored, and re-coated periodically as needed.
